Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at wonderlandcase@hotmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Please securely package the item(s) and affix the provided return label before sending them back to us.

4. Refund or Exchange:
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after approval of the return.
If you prefer an exchange, please specify the desired item(s) and we will arrange for shipment upon receipt of the returned product(s).
